This will be sleep data that I collected for my final outcome.

Project Description

I explored my sleep patterns by collecting and analysing data from the Health app on my Apple Watch. Over 23 consecutive nights in October, I tracked factors that might influence my sleep quality, including if I practise meditation or yoga before bed, and if I was on my menstruation. I also noted dreams if I had at night. While processing this project, I started to notice clear connections and links between the quality of my rest and my everyday routine. On nights when I did yoga or meditation, I tended to sleep more deeply and feel more like refreshed after waking up. During menstruation, I often felt worn out and occasionally woke up during my sleep due to heavy flow. As I don’t drink coffee in recent years, caffeine wasn’t part of data that I collected. Visualising data really help me understand how small and mindful habits will make a real difference to my rest and how my sleep is affected by different situations.

Credits

An Ai bot is in used for publishing the website on Github and writing HTML codes on Visual Studio Code. The Ai agent I used is ChatGPT. I only asked it for how to set up a website and publish it on Github. That's everything I need to credit in this project. About Maya, I learned it a couple of years ago from a tutor in a school, Bilibili and Youtube. About sleep data, it comes from Health app on Apple devices and also Apple Watch
